Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist
We are seeking a highly capable Digital Brand Design Specialist to lead the creation, coordination, and delivery of digital marketing content. The successful candidate must be able to design for a brand with discipline, think strategically, work at speed, and translate campaign objectives into strong visual and written output across social media, web, email, and digital brand assets.
The ideal applicant will combine marketing judgment, design capability, digital agility, and a sharp eye for brand consistency. This person must be comfortable working in a high-output environment where deadlines matter, standards are high, and content must serve both commercial and brand-building objectiveKey Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Brand Design & Creative Execution
- Design high-quality branded creative for social media, mailers, presentations, digital brochures, campaign collateral, and marketing promotions.
- Apply brand guidelines with accuracy across typography, layout, imagery, colour, tone, and logo usage.
Website & Digital Content
- Assist with website content updates, landing page design input, visual refreshes, and digital page presentation.
- Work with web platforms or content management systems to update content efficiently.
- Recommend improvements to web layout, user flow, calls to action, and digital user experience.
- Ensure website content aligns with campaign priorities and brand standards.
Content & Copy
- Write or coordinate compelling articles, captions, campaign copy, email content, and supporting digital text.
- Ensure all written content reflects the tone, professionalism, and value proposition of the brand.
- Support content planning that highlights brand benefits, market relevance, leadership, and success stories.
Compliance & Brand Stewardship
- Protect consistency, professionalism, and reputational quality in all outward-facing design and messaging.
Preferred Experience
- Experience designing within a property, retail, or service-led brand.
- Experience supporting a sales-driven business with marketing assets.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, or campaign platforms.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and landing page effectiveness.
- Experience creating digital brochures, flipbooks, presentations, and downloadable lead magnets.
- Experience working with paid campaign creative requirements for Meta and LinkedIn.
Portfolio Submission Requirement
As part of the application, candidates must submit a portfolio of evidence with their CV. This should include:
- social media creatives;
- campaign artwork;
- examples of branded design systems or brand-led work;
- website or landing page examples;
- brochure, mailer, or presentation design;
- examples showing range, quality, and consistency of output.
