Position Overview

Century 21 South Africa is seeking dynamic, seasoned and qualified Trainers, Educators, Facilitators and Training Coordinators to form part of the growing Century 21 University platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced real estate professionals, educators and industry specialists who are passionate about developing people, strengthening professional standards and helping agents, principals and offices grow in skill, confidence and commercial performance.

We are looking for people who understand not only how to teach, but how real estate works in practice. The right candidates must be able to connect education to the realities of the sales process, client service, compliance, listing generation, negotiation, mandate conversion, deal management and business growth.

Roles We Are Seeking

Century 21 University is seeking experienced professionals for one or more of the following roles:

1. Real Estate Trainers

Trainers who can deliver structured, practical and engaging learning sessions to agents, brokers, principals and support teams.

2. Facilitators

Experienced facilitators who can guide workshops, group learning sessions, leadership conversations, mastermind sessions and skills-based development programmes.

3. Training Coordinators

Highly organised coordinators who can assist with scheduling, programme administration, attendance records, training communication, learner support, reporting and follow-up.

4. Subject Matter Specialists

Industry experts who can contribute specialist knowledge in areas such as sales, mandates, compliance, finance, recruitment, leadership, operations, technology, marketing, client experience, commercial property, rentals or business development.

5. Learnership and Accreditation Support Professionals

Qualified individuals who understand learnerships, SETA processes, facilitation, assessment, moderation, learner records, evidence collection and education administration in the South African training environment.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Sales Process Education

  • Train learners on the full real estate sales process, including prospecting, listing, pricing, mandates, buyer qualification, show days, negotiation, offers, compliance, sale agreements and transaction follow-through.
  • Educate agents on professional client engagement and ethical real estate practice.
  • Teach practical skills that support listing generation, stock management, conversion, negotiation and closing.
  • Support agents in understanding the discipline required to build a sustainable real estate career.

Course Design and Content Support

  • Assist with the development of training content, manuals, presentations, worksheets and learning resources.
  • Contribute to structured learning pathways for new agents, experienced agents, principals and office teams.
  • Ensure content is practical, current, compliant and aligned with South African real estate realities.
  • Support the development of programmes that reflect the Century 21 brand standard and service ethos.

Training Coordination

  • Coordinate training calendars, invitations, attendance, communication and learner follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and learner progress.
  • Support facilitators, presenters and learners before, during and after sessions.
  • Assist with reporting on training outcomes, attendance and programme effectiveness.
  • Ensure training sessions are professionally organised and efficiently delivered.

Coaching and Learner Support

  • Provide encouragement, guidance and practical support to learners.
  • Identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
  • Support agents and offices in applying training to real business activity.
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence when working with learners at different levels of experience and confidence.

Brand and Culture Alignment

  • Uphold the values, professionalism and global reputation of the Century 21 brand.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, service and excellence.
  • Represent Century 21 University with professionalism, warmth and credibility.
  • Help build a learning fraternity that is collaborative, aspirational and proudly South African.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidates should have a strong combination of real estate experience, training ability and professional maturity.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in the South African real estate industry, education, facilitation, training coordination or professional development.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate sales process from prospecting to registration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage adult learners in a practical, respectful and professional manner.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read a room, manage different personalities and support learners with confidence.
  • High level of professionalism, preparation and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a broader education team.
  • Strong administrative discipline where coordination forms part of the role.
  • Commitment to ethical, compliant and professional real estate practice.

Advantageous Requirements

  • PPRA/FFC status or previous registration as a property practitioner.
  • NQF real estate qualification or relevant real estate training background.
  • Qualification or experience in facilitation, assessment, moderation, education, coaching or learning and development.
  • SDF, assessor or moderator experience.
  • Experience with learnerships, SETA requirements or accredited training programmes.
  • Previous experience training real estate agents, principals or sales teams.
  • Experience in franchise real estate environments.
  • Strong digital presentation ability across online platforms such as Zoom, Teams or learning management systems.
